Abstract
Around the knee joint, there are many pain-sensitive structures, in which Goosefoot tendinitis is a common cause of knee pain, which is easy to misdiagnose with other causes. In clinical practice, the physician needs to examine the patient carefully, consider multiple differential diagnoses to avoid making inappropriate decisions. The article refers to a case where the cause of knee pain was not accurately determined, leading to a long time to treat the disease.
