Abstract
Despite the challenges of 2021, Vietnamese Neurology successfully maintained professional activities and made meaningful contributions to the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic. Alongside notable achievements in education and scientific research, the specialty should continue to improve the quality of clinical practice, strengthen continuing medical education, update professional knowledge, and promote scientific collaboration. The year 2022 is expected to bring new opportunities for the further development of Neurology in Vietnam.
