Abstract
Trigeminal shingles is a neurological infection caused by herpes zoster virus, in which pain and itching are symptoms that often appear early, exist for a long time, sometimes persist, and are intractable. Post-herpetic pain has been becoming a anxiety, suffering and affliction for many patients and causes many difficulties for treating doctors. The diagnosis of the disease should comply with the criteria of the IASP in the III. Pain Classification- 2018. Repeated neuro-blocking therapy with corticosteroids has been shown to be effective in reducing pain, pruritus, and reducing the incidence of postherpetic pain. Indicating this therapy appropriately, performing the correct technique is the hope for patients with pain due to and after herpes.
