Abstract
Objective: To survey the status of knowledge, attitude and practice about stroke of patients and caregivers at Thai Nguyen National Hospital. Subjects: Patients and caregivers of stroke patients at Thai Nguyen National Hospital. Methods: Cross-sectional study, descriptive. Results: The study showed that the proportion of knowledge, attitudes of patients and caregivers of stroke patients accounted for a hight rate, after a stroke, most patients stay at home without Immediately going to the hospital, thus greatly affecting the patient's recovery outcome. Conclusion: It is necessary to propagate to improve the knowledge, attitude and practice of stroke patients and caregivers to help them recognize early and bring patients to the hospital in time and reduce burden on families and society.
