Abstract
Objectives: To survey of depression situation and some related factors in ischemic stroke patients at Military Hospital 175. Subjects and Method: 81 primary ischemic stroke patients at Military Hospital 175 from 9/2020 - 4/2021. Descriptive study, depression is diagnosed according to DSM-V and assessd with PHQ-9 Results: Depression after ischemic stroke has highest prevalence at 71-80 age range, rate of depression between male:female is 0.94, most cases have mild depression (24,69%), patients who have pessimistic attitude about their condition have 5-fold rate of depression onset, there is a relationship between diabetes and post stroke depression.
